Is there a cancellation fee?: If you cancel 3 days in advance, there’s no charge. Canceling 2 days prior, is 50% charge, the day before, is a 80% charge, and cancelling on the day is 100% charge.
What happens in the event of a typhoon comes?: Considering the safety of customers and staff, all reservations will be canceled. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Can small children participate in activities with family?: Certainly, young children are more than welcome. We also have life jackets available for both kids and adults, which we provide for rides.
How many days in advance can I make a reservation?: We take same-day reservations however, during busy times, we might not be able to accommodate walk-ins. Therefore, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
Can we participate as a group?: Group customers are very welcome! We would appreciate it if you could contact us before making a reservation.

Is parking available at Heshikiya Port? Is it paid or free?: There is free parking available at the port.
How long does it take from the airport to the port?: By highway, it will take about an hour and a half to arrive. For more details, please refer to the Directions/Ferry page or feel free to contact via phone or LINE.
